Anyone else use Garcinia supplement??

I am normally a healthy eater. I dont like bread or potatos or carby stuff and I LOVE fruit or a good salad. I had lost some weight and felt great! Now that i am pregnant, all i want is mcdonald's and everytime i feel naucious, the only thing i want to eat is bread or crackers.  
My sister suggested taking Garcinia supplements because it is a natural plant and it's helped her tremendously with her cravings.
Îve researchef it and there is not enough info anout it being safe or not.   I am desperated to eat fruits and veggies but they are not staying down!!
