Bleeding while pregnant

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I been cramping for a few days now and just a few mins ago I went to go pee and I noticed that I was bleeding and it was more than just a few spots and I'm scared if something went wrong but before today I was only spotting so what do you guys think? Is this normal or is something wrong?
