Which BC is best for me

I am 18 y/o & I've had my period since I was very young & each month brings me a lot of discomfort. My flow is very heavy (super tamp on the hour every hour the first day) and I can insanely bad cramps to the point I actually vomit. I'm looking for a BC that'll perhaps lighten my flow & help with the symptoms. If you vote or have any experience with these pls comment on why etc.
