Can I actually get pregnant without help?

Question

Is it actually possible wihout any help? 
With no interference whatsoever from doctors or medication? 
Any of you ladies gotten pregnant with PCOS without help?

Yup! In one year I only had 3 periods. But we managed to conceive without any medical intervention thankfully. I didn't change my lifestyle or my diet or anything. I'm now 22 weeks with our daughter!

I did. My cycle was a little messed up because I ovulated later than I was supposed to. So, it took me about 2 months, but we didn't need any kind of medical help in getting pregnant. We didn't use any supplements either. I just continued taking good my multivitamin and then switched to a prenatal when I got my positive.

Yes. I lost 60 lb and my cycles regulate and was pregnant two months later. No medicine at all.

I was diagnosed about 4 years ago.. we did the whole not trying not preventing thing for 2 years, and nothing happened.. then we got serious, and I tracked everything under the sun, BBT, cervical mucous and position, I took an ovulation test 2-3 times a day (didn't want to miss our window), I got pregnant on the first month of doing that. Unfortunately I miscarried.. I got pregnant again 2 months later, and miscarried for the second time (I started bleeding on mothers day, how cruel).. anyway, third times the charm for us, because I got pregnant the very next month, never got a period after the 2nd miscarriage, and today I'm 39 weeks exactly with our son! The only thing I tried was preseed.. I've also tried vitex, but it didn't work for me..

Getting diagnosed is not always the end of the world.. I realised not all women concieve without help, but it is possible.. and even if you do need help, all that mattes in the end is that you have your little baby!

On August 2015 I was diagnosed with PCOS and I was supposed to start on Clomid as soon as I got my AF October came and still no AF so I did a pregnancy test and I got my BFP so I didn't use any treatment but unfortunately I just lost my baby boy over a week ago but I'm not sure if the PCOS has anything to do with it I will find out next week the results of the autopsy when I see my gynecologist I already have a five-year-old daughter so I know I can conceive a healthy baby with no treatment

I didn't. It took meds. 1500 mg Metformin and 200 mg progesterone
