Morning sickness??

What do you ladies do to help with morning sickness, while taking care of your almost 2 year old. I'm only 4 weeks but I'm so nauseous I can barely eat or move. HELP!!!

They even have ginger lozenges. I drank Coke. A 20 oz made the nausea go away. Anything sour. Sweet tarts or sour patch kids. Good luck!!

They say ginger is good for morning sickness. With my first pregnancy I use to drink ginger ale when I was feeling nauseous.
