Only 1 day of ewcm?

I've noticed I've only have one day of this . Which was jan 22nd ... (Cycle day 18). Me & hubby bd the day before and it was (tmi) watery cm. I wonder... The day i saw ewcm , was that the day that I ovulated? Btw: i have a 31 day cycle. So I usually ovulate on day 17-18
