Does anyone have some good tips for going vegan?

All I can say is go slow and do it for the right reasons. People who do it for the animals stick to it longer and better than ppl who do it for health. Google recipes and when shopping read read read every ingredient. I also recommend reading Kind Mama and Kind Diet. They were my bibles during my transition. Me and my SO have now been fully vegan for almost 5 years and I had a healthy vegan pregnancy and am now raising a healthy vegan baby boy. Best of luck! The world needs more vegans!

The best way to go vegan is to look into the truth about animal agriculture and the physical / health benefits of being vegan. I got to a point where I was veg curious but still having dairy, eventually was grossed out by dairy and didn't want it anymore!

Transition slowly, cut out one thing at a time and try imitation meats and cheeses and new plant based recipes to replace the recipes.

Mostly stay connected!!! Follow positive and inspiring vegans on social media. And you will see how much you can gain from a vegan lifestyle.

I would say transition slowly. Get informed, check what type of foods you should eat to make sure you're getting all of the nutrients, protein and vitamins. For me it was key to start looking for a lot of recipes to make sure I ate well and liked it. There are a lot of websites with lists of vegan everything, the most important thing to succeed is conviction, really. I've been vegan for almost two years now and feel amazing 😀
