Eggs!!! Help
So this morning I made a breakfast casserole... I baked it at 375• for 50 min I checked the temp and it was almost 200• when it was done anyways when I was eating it I noticed that the middle part was kind of running... My question should I be worried about listeria I'm kinda fraking out!!
