Back pains !!

I'm 4 weeks and 2 days according to glow . Havnt been to the doc just got my positive 3 days ago . I work at a retirement home doing CNA . I be having on and off low back pains . Is that normal in early pergancy ? I looked it up on google and it says "it's normal cause your body getting use to the hormones . Just want to make sure and wonder if I need to be worried !!!
