Dizziness? Endometriosis.

Hi there! I've been extremely dizzy for the last three days with weakness and some nausea. It's to the point where I can't even drive. I'm 7dpo with some mild cramping that just started today. I know it seems redundant to ask if these are symptoms, but has anyone else had symptoms like this and gotten a bfp?

We've been trying for a while now with no luck (I have severe endometriosis) so, this is all new and I'm just looking for hope or advice or just someone who had gone through this before. Also, anyone else have success stories with endo? I was diagnoses with an extremely bad case at 14 and it's been a battle ever since.
