Can't seem to reach an orgasm HELP!!!

Well me and my partner have been together almost 5 years and I can't seem to reach an orgasm. I mean I get in to with him, I just can't reach it. Is it not normal to not have them?. He does go down on me, we try new things and I get close to it sometimes. I tend to stop him before anything happens. I bought a toy to help but I never use it during sex. Is there something wrong with me?.
