PMS after period?

Question

Has any one ever PMS after your period? I am for some reason. I do before and after my period. It's so weird cause I'll be happy one day and the next day I wake up and am just pissed at every one and everything. My bf often gets the brunt of my rage, usually a cold shoulder. I feel like a bitch and so guilty. Is there anything I can do to ease my PMS? Anything to help me relax?

Thankfully I get it before my period and it last for like 10 days! My moods are everywhere during those 10 days and makes me feel like I'm a loony. The best advice I can give his hang out with family/friends or keep busy another way

I experience this too! So annoying! Not only the week before but the week after too?! Come on! Haha! I've even been breaking out like crazy this week and my period ended five days ago. I have a giant noticeable zit in the middle of my forehead no joke... Fun stuff. When I become a pms monster I give myself timeouts. Seriously it helps so much. I stay in the bedroom, tell my husband I need a timeout and I relax and watch stupid chick flicks or mindless tv until I chill out. When I'm working it's more difficult but I try to "walk away" for a minute to recharge. Don't feel bad if you have meltdowns. Sometimes you need to get it out! I think the menfolk understand even though they seem like they don't sometimes. I think we scare them a little haha! Don't be afraid to talk to him about it. It'll help! When I have hormonal crying meltdowns for no apparent reason, I just have to say "hormones" and my husband totally understands (I think it makes him feel better knowing its out of my control and it's nothing he did)
