Introducing solids and breastfeeding
My daughter will be 20 weeks tomorrow and we introduced solids yesterday. For the ladies that breastfeed and feed their little food, what does the routine look like? Are you having to pump more since the baby is also eating or do you feed food and then let your LO nurse right after.
Please no opinions on waiting until 6 months to introduce solids. My doctor gave us the go ahead at her 4 month checkup.
