How long do you lay still for after sex while TTC?

Lying down as a form of helping conception is not actually scientifically proven. It may give you peace of mind, but I don't think it actually does anything.

​That being said, I'm definitely guilty of staying lying down for a wee bit longer than usual!! ?

I don't. Usually it's at night and I just go to sleep afterwards but well have a quicky once in a while and then I get up right away and go pee.

I didn't I get up and go straight to the toilet I always get urine infections other wise 
​I got pregnant easy do u don't really need to hold it in

I can't lay down after because I tend to get UTIs when I do that. I did stay laying down about a week ago and got a UTI that progressed into a kidney infection in about 24 hours which landed me in the hospital. :-/
