Cramps in belly. TMI

was having sex, me on top of my husband and I started felling like a cramp. Kinda like a feeling like the baby was moving to one side of my belly. I'm a FTM so I wouldn't what this is, is it possible that the baby moves to one side of the belly and just stays there for a little bit right now don't feel that anymore, belly looks even now. I'm 23 weeks by the way! Thank you in advance!
