Waist trainer ? How long after delivery?

Prior to pregnancy I was crazy about maintaining myself. Wore a waist trainer 5 xs a week for 4 years. I packed it in my bag but I'm not sure if I'd immediately be able to use it. I would ideally like to snap back to prior body but I don't want to hurt myself. It's an all latex really good long 3 row waist trainer. The photo below was with my trainer on this time last year.
