Acne on chin!!!!

Hey ladies, just wondering if anyone else has delt with acne on their chin. I've had it for about 4 years now and nothing has helped to clear it or the scars. I went to a dermatologist and got medication which didn't really do much for me. Flare ups don't occur just around that time of the month, they tend to be random just like resting for a bit but always there. Could just use some good insight!!!
