So many emotions

Tomorrow I start my new job at the temp service I've been out of work since October. I'm so grateful for this opportunity but worried as well, I'm 11wks pregnant. By this being a temporary job I'm not allowed to take any days off or I will be terminated, which means I can't go to any doctors appointments until the assignment is over in may. I don't want to lose my job but my baby is important too. My doctor office only does ob appointments on Thursdays and I work mon-fri. I have two other children to support idk what to do.
