Sooo my boyfriend and I have talked about it briefly- but is period sex great or anything special or is it just sex..while on your period?

My boyfriend and I generally have sex when I'm on my period. I find my sex drive is higher on my period as well. What I reccomend is to use condoms and put an old towel or blanket on the bed if you are a heavy bleeder. If your boyfriend is really against getting blood on him, he can also use latex gloves for foreplay. Just do what is comfortable for the both of you. It'll also be a lot easier and you won't need any lube if you decide to have sex while menstrating. Having sex in the shower or a big bath and doing missionary position also minimises mess.

Well if you stay clean and arent too messy its fine , condoms are your friend in that situation. Also .you tend to get extremly horny while on your period and your sex drive increases . And your vagina is well lubricated
