Just had my first on the 28 how do I heal faster I had normal birth

Take it easy! If some offers help, whether it being to grab you something, cleaning, run an errand.. Accept it! Rest whenever you can and enjoy every minute with baby! Congratulations!

Rest, rest, and more rest. There is nothing you can really do to speed up the healing process. Let everyone help you if they offer. This is my third pregnancy and with my 2nd I was basically a single mom because my husband was gone away training for correction officer the first 6 weeks and only able to be home Friday night until Sunday evening. Good luck on the recovery period.
