Finding it increasingly hard to sleep at night.
Im 27+3Weeks and its getting difficult for me to sleep at night. I usually fall asleep around 4am. Recently its been getting later, it's now 07:37 am (Uk time) and I havent slept. I have tried turning sides and putting the pillow in between my legs and it hasnt worked! Ive literally been in the dark for hours & now the sun's up. Any suggestions at all?
