Ugh! Irritated and confused..

Glow has my fertile week from the 15th to the 21st.. well, CD 21 (Jan 20th) I went in for my progesterone blood test..few days later the MA calls and said I didn't NOT ovulate this month. Well on the 26th, I was laying on the couch and started to get some cramps like i usually get when I ovulate so I decided wth I'll take a opk...within seconds that test was positive!

Here's my issue, my period was a couple days early due to taking provera.. my period lasted 3 days longer than usual...so it would make sence that my ovulation would be late right? Idk.

Glow is saying to take a hCG test today but I think it's super early still considering the day I got that opk. (Mind you I tested again that day and the day after and the line was fading fast).

So now I don't know when to test bc I don't know when to expect my period...help!!!
