I'm so tired and in pain I want to cry

I'm so tired and exhausted but I cannot sleep bc of this pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I have done everything from, wrist brace, massage, Epsom salt, tylenol, stretches, etc and nothing helps! My right hand is so swollen and in constant pain.  At night it feels like someone is stabbing my all the way up my arm until I finally surrender and get out of bed.  I'm in so much pain I just cry at night and during the day bc it's hurts so much and I feel so helpless.
