What could this be? Herpes, cold sore or a pimple? It doesn't hurt or burn or itch. It just red and swollen and a little sore. It just came all of a sudden. I've been with my bf for 6 months and it came yesterday. Should I be worried?

It looks like herpes to me, but even if that's what it is. Don't worry about it too much. Outbreaks are easy to manage. Just be sure to not go down on man right now just in case that's what it is

It looks like a pimple. Sometime the lipgloss you use can cause pimples being that they stem from oily skin. Also, cold sores is a form of herpes. Its called "herpes simplex". Its nothing to be worried about. It can be just your bodies way of getting over a cold or a virus u didnt know you had. Or simply telling you that you need to drink more water and clean yourself out. Possibly take a laxative

It looks like a cold sore to me. I wouldn't worry though, if it is,  they're really easy to treat and when you have the herpes virus you don't get break outs very often. They're usually triggered by stress
