Too scared to test

I keep two apps for my period/ ovulation tracking. Glow said AF would be here Saturday Ovia says today. I have been having cramps and back ache for 3 days but no bleeding! Should I test or wait to see if AF shows up today! I don't want to test because I know AF will be here any minute I'm just praying she doesn't, but with these cramps I just know this isn't my month!
