Pregnancy is awesome!
I just need to say, aside from the obvious of successfully concieving and starting the family we've been wanting, pregnancy is awesome!
I have been really actively trying to lose weight since November. I worked out every day for about 90 minutes, and ate dairy free, and mainly nuts and raisins and it sucked! But it worked, I lost about 23 lbs.
Then...
I found out I was pregnant and realized that I've lost 5 lbs just this week. I haven't been sick at all, I've gone back to eating normal food (cheese 🙌🏻!!) and working out still, but not nearly as hard. I read that early pregnancy raises your metabolic rate up to 30%.
