Hi ladies!
I figure this is probably the best page to post it on seeing as you've all succeeded but I was wondering if you did have any extra help (like meds, OPKs, lubricant) what worked best for you?
My fiancée works away so we don't often have as much time to BD as others so we are now starting to look for a bit of extra help.
