Work day ever.. I'm bleeding lightly... 6 weeks along.. Ultra sound today but they said the sac is  there, but they couldn't find/ or see the baby..the doctors said "see if you miscarry in the next 2 weeks." We are " leaning towards a miscarriage." I believe in God and his power and trusting in his will! PLEASE share your experience of you have any with this.. I have NO cramping just spotting / bleeding HCG are 1330 im so broken and to pieces I feel like I've been punched in the gut and my heart tore to pieces..
