Baby acne is super common. I put breast milk on it a couple times a day and it'll be cleared up by the next morning!

I'd ask your dr since your babe is clearly a lot younger than my daughter (she's 3) but we put desitin on her! She gets like a little rash around her mouth sometimes and that clears it up in hours

Yes.... I agree with Jordan! Breastmilk does the trick! It's the only thing you can put on your baby at this stage. Dr will probably tell you it will go away in its own and leave it alone and don't pick at it. My youngest had that as well. I used Breastmilk. Worked great. 😊👌🏽
