Reflux

Can anyone please let me know what symptoms your baby had that lead you to believe he/she had reflux and how you are treating it? How long did it take for the treatment to work and how did you get your pediatrician to listen to you? My sons doctor is blowing me off and saying its colic but it doesn't seem like colic to me and I hate seeing him in pain. The probiotics don't seem to be working. He cries and fusses all day long and screams sometimes. Please help :(
