My period started at school today and my cramps are soooo bad. Any tips for getting my cramps down?

If you need cramp relief at school, try midol, ibuprofen or advil. They also have little stick-on heating pads that warm up automatically. If they don't have the stick on ones then get the hand warmer ones, they're tiny and you can either hold it there or put it in the waist of your jeans. If you have to change for gym wear an undershirt.

Hold a hot water bottle against your stomach that should help! Maybe take some midol too :) periods suck right!!?  Hope they go away soon xx
