Marriage with families on opposite sides of the world...

The dilemma in this fairytale.. Our families live on opposite sides of the world. My mum and siblings live in Costa Mesa California and his family are in Mozzecane in Italy. I was thinking a destination wedding.. in a neutral location where 80 year old mom's and dad's, siblings and close friends can come see us tie the knot without spending two months earnings.. .. Any ideas ladies? Where would you have your destination wedding with a low to normal budget and elderly parents?
