I have never used opk s before and managed to successfully conceive twice by pin-pointing changes in my CM etc. This is my first ovulation since coming off BC. When I thought I was at peak fertility I got negative opk but BD'd Fri and Saturday night. Today I got a definite positive OPK on cheapy test stick but feel tired, sore throat and sore boobs. Not really in the mood to BD. Is their still a good chance of conceiving if I don't BE tonight? Could I have conceived already? Getting so confused with things I think I might just wait and see!
