To all mum's who've had a natural birth before did you tear?

I don't even consider mine a tear. I had one tiny internal tear that only required one stitch. Perineum massage before delivery helps so much, as does a good doctor or midwife who will help massage your skin around the baby's head as your pushing. And not pushing out too fast! Letting the baby come down, then go back a few times will help stretch everything out 😊

With my first yes I pushed and didn't stop my water was broken for me but with my second I pushe slower to let everything stretch and my water broke naturally keepig everything lubricated

So so afraid of tearing so does anyone know of any ways to help prevent it?

I tore with every pregnancy/labor. I'm pregnant again with my 4th and I already know what's to come. :( I had good sized babies

With my first he ripped me from V to A lol had to stitch me up and with my second her head was much smaller so it barley did so I didn't get stitches.
