Opinions please

So the other day I went to l.d for pressure I ended up finding out that I was dialated to 1.. sometimes common amd sometimes not.. well they just put me on pelvic rest which I have not had sex.. or orgams.. tonight while cooking supper the pressure started again.. and I'm debating on to call l.d or not because there all ass's so what would you do keep waiting it out or call..
