Pain in your butt during menstration!?

Does anyone else get shooting pains through thier rectum and anus during their periods? I have a paraguard IUD, and along with severe uterine cramping, I also get shooting pain in my butt. Could this be a sign of endometriosis, or is it normal?

Omg yes!! But I never had an IUD. My pain on my butt only comes when I have a really heavy flow.

Yes! This always happens to me. Sometimes I can barely sit on the toilet lol

Did this start after your IUD? If so I would go back to the doctor an tell them about the pain and get them to check your IUD and make sure it's not implanted into or through your uterus. If you have always had this pain it could just be from the cramps

Yes when I had the para guard IUD I had horrible cramps in my butt the bleeding was extremely heavy I ended up taking it off
