AF due 01/02...jet lag?

Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone ever had a delayed period after going on holiday. I am currently in Canada from the uk and I read sow where that jet lag can play a part in your menstrual cycle? Has anyone experienced this? Any advice would be appreciated as AF is a no show and don't want to get my hopes up! Thank you. Xx
