I had my baby girl on New Year's <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> about 4 and a half weeks ago). I started getting lower back pain and some mild cramping a few days ago, so I thought it was the start of my first period coming on since having the baby. I haven't had any bleeding yet... Is there another explanation for he back pain and cramping? I usually get bad cramps the first day or two of each period (not in the several days leading up to a period).
