He is a diabetic on insulin every day. He has never had any children and I feel that it's the most precious gift I could give the man I love. One problem, I have had an i.u.d. since 06. I just had it removed about 2 wks ago to start trying. Is there any helpful tips on how help us. Be more fertil with out the use of i.v.f. or the other scare helpfuls. I mean I was very fertil in my younger days. But I am worried that since age and his health problems I fear it's almost impossible. Any encouragement.
