Anyone else?

I delivered vaginally 9 days ago. No epidural. Pushed 1 hr 46 min and delivered our daughter at 9lbs2oz. No tear. I have felt really good since then. No discomfort. Used Motrin while at hospital because LD nurse recommended to prevent swelling - seemed reasonable. I also was given ice packs for an hour or so after delivery. Since then I have had really no discomfort until the last day. Started yesterday have some discomfort inside my vagina - not my uterus contracting but kind of up and to the sides of my vagina. At first it was off and on but this evening it has been pretty constant. It seems weird to suddenly have this when I've felt so good. I would note I have been more active the last two days - took the dog for a walk, etc. Any ideas what it could be?
