So yesterday i ovulated going by apps and symptoms also had sex about 6pm... its 7.30am now... and today ive got achy hips and lower abdominal cramps... i had this last month too but this month it feels like a pulling feeling in my lower belly area... af due 15th feb hope this is my month xx
