I don't have PCOS but I'm still not ovulating

Hey guys! My husband and I have an Gyneocologist  appiontment in a few weeks. I have had my ultrasound to check ovaries and I was not diagnosed for PCOS however my blood test for the past three months have shown I have not ovulated. I'm really confused as I have regular periods, but when I use the ovulation home kits it does come positive during the middle of month indicating I ovulate! Has anyone experienced the same?
