It's happened to me lots of times when me and my partner have gone straight into sex without foreplay or I'm a bit sore down there anyway. It's probably just a scratch or tear. Maybe some irritation.

I used to all the time before! I used to see posts on here saying it's due to not being lubricated enough, and thought "ugh this is so frustrating, I am!" But now let's just say he's upped his game immensely, and I don't anymore because I am a loottt more lubricated x

After sex once, it was a tiny little bit of blood. I only noticed it a while later smeared on my leg. My boyfriend checked for me (I know I know, he insisted he check it it were okay) and he determined it was probably just a scratch. 
During sex I bled once too. It burned really bad and when my SO pulled it out we noticed some blood. I had a UTI and that's what caused the irritation and bleeding or my vagina
