Is it safe for twins to share a crib?

I'm pregnant with twins entering my third trimester and trying to get as prepared as possible is it ok to get one crib if so, which is more adequate for twin sharing ?

My twins are 10 months old now, and we didn't separate them until they were about 7-8 months old. We separated them then because they started waking each other up moving around.

Mines are sharing a crib. Until they get bigger then I will have them sleeping separate. Look how I have them that's the only way they will sleep.

It happens often enough that twins sleep in the same crib because they shared a womb and want to have someone nearby. While they can't roll, I doubt there's any harm, even the webmd page on twins suggests it.

I plan on having the twins sleep in the same pack n play together while they're infants, and we'll see where it goes from there. Talk to your OBGYN or your pediatrician to get some more opinions.

My ob actually recommended they sleep in the same crib until they can roll over. It's comforting for them and they will probably sleep better.

It's not recommended as it increases the Risk of sids... 
My twins haven't ever shared a crib.. They spent 7 weeks in NICU and when they came home they would sleep with each other

My sister had her twins share a crib until they were old enough to to get out of their swaddle and started waking one another up at night. (I think that was around 6 or 7 months) I hope it works for you! Good luck and a healthy arrival to you and your little ones!!👍

Every twin mom I know told me they wasted money on two cribs. I'm gonna put my babies in a crib together. It's your own personal choice.
