Irritating ultra sound 😡

I am currently 29+1 and had an ultrasound today to check on fluid level and the placenta. The place my insurance sent us to made us wait over an hour to see the tech. I found that odd because they called me earlier to ask if I could come in early. Well after waiting, we finally got called to the room. I was so uncomfortable because the bed was hard and no back or head support so I kept squirming. After about an hour she finally got all the measurements. She printed a few pics and that was it. Didn't explain what the pics were so I have no idea what I'm looking at. There was nothing clear like a face or hand or anything! She didn't offer to explain what was what and just told me to take my time and left the room. I left so annoyed! You'd think they would have more time and quality consideration for a large pregnant person!
