Is this cm normal for 5dpo??

Is it true you're suppose to go dry after ovulation? Or is that just for some people? I'm 5dpo with back pain, really tired, on & off cramping (usually my sides and lower abdomen) and boobs are sore on the sides. 1dpo I was very dry.. Then 2dpo til now I've had cm and it feels like lotion, sometimes it's stretchy and it's normal a clear whitish color.
