Gaining A lot in 1st Trimester

Hi girls. We conceived around he Christmas holidays and I didn't know. I had been on a diet for years and I allowed myself to just endulge. I went from 170 to 174 at Christmas time due to being glutenous lol but then I found out I was pregnant and went back to very healthy eating. Problem was all the foods I used to eat raw fruits and vegetables all day until dinner were making me very nauseous and giving me bad heartburn. So I went many days without barely able to eat anything which is a no no and because of the nausea I couldn't even drink water. Well here I go putting an end to That nonsense and bringing fruit as a snack and some chicken and a bit of rice, bagel with butter for breakfast type of stuff. I also make a point to walk about 7-9km a day. Well I put on another 3 pounds just yesterday alone from eating those foods and another 3 pounds the day before. So now I'm at 179 and I'm only 8 weeks pregnant. Really feeling bad about myself.
