I'm irregular so if I'm not pregnant by this month it's my 12th month already I'm going to start using opks. I've never used one so I know u have to pee on it but what time of day is it best too pee like morning afternoon? And how many times a day should u use them and is it best to use them after your period?

Its best to take opks in either late afternoon or early evening unless the test tells you to use it with fmu (first morning urine) and the closer you get to ovulation the more you will need to test as to not miss your surge so testing twice a day would be a good idea as you get closer to O.
