I haven't logged anything for a few months. I just got tired of writing the same symptoms lol. My spd & bursitis are still acting up and no I'm not getting enough sleep and I'm only doing the minimum of exercise. The reminders, articles and the community are about the only features I'm using right now

I never log daily. I've only logged weight and blood pressure after appointments
