Help me please

So I'm talking to this guy who has slept with what he claims 50-60 women. Okay no big deal. He's also 10 years older than me, anyway he took me out last weekend and we went to the movies and sat and talked until almost 4am. I'm really into him but he says he isn't looking for a relationship but wants to hookup with me... I wanna hook up with him but I'm scared I'll catch feelings and creep him out and run him off... Advice?
